BKK Concept Hotel

I've mostly been backpacking and staying in very budget accommodations, but after a recent negative experience I decided to splurge a bit and I wasn't disappointed. The room was huge and super clean. The shower had hot water and great water pressure. They provided some toiletries and water in the room. The boss is Korean and so they cater to a lot of Korean customers with Korean and English speaking staff and services (and it's near several Korean restaurants, and they have ramyeon and a water filter in the lobby). It's really nice to have a piece of home here after traveling for a while. I'm planning to come back for a night before my flight home.

This hotel looks new. It was clean, the room was big with all amenities, aircon, fan, wifi, fridge, hot water everything worked to perfection. Room also had a big balcony. The location was great near restaurants, bars and you can easily get around anywhere in the city from this location. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful with whatever was needed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

The rooms are huge! as in the bathroom. Great location in Phnom Penh that feels close to the main areas. The area around the hotel also has good food options. Although not the cheapest option it definitely was comfortable.

We were upgraded to a family room with 2 large beds (#502) and each bed has 4 pillows! Huge room with a balcony. The room is clean and very comfortable. I could sleep all day in these beds. There is a comfy couch. WiFi is fast.

Exceptional friendly staff, excellent WiFi, very clean, good location and moderate price. I stayed seven days instead of three. Highly recommended.
